Great reception staff, helpful and friendly. Convenient location near train station and bus stop to the airport. Close to main street with tram, shops, and church. Easy access to tourist attractions. Hotel smells pleasant, staff is professional. Comfortable and clean room. Ample breakfast selection. Good coffee. Safe and secure. Outdoor swimming pool available.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location in front of the small cafe and right next to the central train station provides easy access to public transportation, including direct routes to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-serviced bedrooms and quality beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a good variety and quality of food.

The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room is a drawback.

Recently refurbished hotel located in a lovely area not far from the surrounding area and other bus lines and the train station. Early check in & the service was nice. Very central position of the venue. Plus, it was easy to find a vast neo - Gothic church.

Our stay was REALLY ENJOYABLE and we would come here again. Everything was perfect, decent sized and compact room.

The staff at Ibis were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the train station and within walking distance of the main town and beaches. The beds were comfortable and the room was neat and tidy. The breakfast menu offered a good variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were more than happy to help with all of my needs and spoke excellent English. The location is really convenient, being near the train station and close to the city center. The option of paying for breakfast was appreciated and it was a good buffet for the price.

Well-connected location near train station, tram, and famous attractions. Helpful staff assisted with wet clothes, and pool was enjoyable. Comfortable bed, functioning AC, and close proximity to tourist info and Russian cathedral made for an easy stay. Great value, would definitely return.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool and a bar in the hotel, adding to its amenities.
